The mission of the PAL® peer helping program is to utilize the potential of young people to make a difference in their schools and communities. In this effort, PAL® Services, WAP Inc. staff provide continual training of new students and adult training for improvement or enhancement of existing programs to meet community needs. We inform educators of latest developments in the field, ensuring adherence to programmatic standards, continually adding components such as suicide prevention education, improving communication skills, violence prevention, conflict resolution, and substance abuse prevention.
